Dr Clutterbuck Swindle suggestion
Ugly sweaty,
I appreciate the need for swindle handicaps but lonesomes suggestion is open to abuse so i suggest one change anyone below the average getting a standard amount back perhaps 0.5? this would stop anyone throwing in the towel and getting lots of shots back obviously we need to discuss at the weekend to fine tune.

In reply to Dr Darren's prognosis, I think 0.5 is a bit harsh . if a member cheated (sorry i meant threw the towel in) and posted a score around 10 shots below the average just to get 3 shots back he would not only win the 'cnut' that week but total humiliation on the blog and his life would be hell for ever - just to pick up a few quid next week !! - can't see it.
ReplyDeleteMaybe a limit but more than 0.5 - how about maximum swindle handicap cannot be more than 4 above your club handicap.
