Captains Integrity Questioned?

I,m hearing rumours that although LEGALLY DQ'd from the Comp on Sunday he still gave the CNUT to poor Old Mr Burns who correctly filled in his card.
You can't go into the bar AFTER signing the card and start writing out a new card...shame on you Capt!
How many times have we played this comp....you should ALL know how to mark a card by now!.....apart for 1950!
