H.S. Duties

Gents,

I have been asked with the re-election coming up what are the Duties of the H.S.

Below are a few of the Duties that spring to mind.(The last 4 being the most important)

Take Monthly Minutes. Print for next Meeting

(Distribute to Members who have asked for Mins once Comm has approved them, 1 month later)
Print/Post on Board all Notices from  last Comm Meeting
Organise/Print Committee Bar Rota (Monthly)
Take AGM Mins and post on Board for 1 month after AGM (Print AGM Mins/Proposals for AGM)
Post Proposal Sheets/Election of Officers for AGM (print record of attendance)
Attend Surrey Artisan AGM and report back to Committee (Post AGM Mins on Board)
Print sheets for entry for Salver, Boyne & Seniors and give to Capt to post on board.
Organise Draw for Above plus all Pairs Comps & Home/Away Day.
Print sheets for all Club Matches (Give to Capt to Post)
Print list of forthcoming  matches, format and times , post on board.
Print/Organise Catering list, post on Board
Print/Organise Winter work Party List, post on Board
Print/Divotting Hole List, post on Board
Print entry sheets for pair’s competitions.
Keep record of all match results.
Send off Entry forms to all A.G.A Comps
Send off Entry forms Inter Club Comps
Post presentation dates and keep record of attendance
Liaise with all new applicants(Keep Application forms) (arrange new Trial if necessary)
Send Penalty Letters to Artisans as deemed by Committee
Gently massage bruised Egos
Listen with glazed Eyes to Artisan Complaints.
Wipe the Tears from the Capt eyes when it all go Pear shaped
Wipe Artisans Bottoms if required
