New Carpet tiles at the Hut

As you are all aware, we will be putting new Carpet tiles down throughout the Pavillion.
We need someone who knows what they are talking about to take charge and lead by example.
Do we put the tiles on top of the old ones?
This would save the task of taking the old ones up and surely give a bit of insulation.
Krankie No 1 tried to take one up last night and it didnt come off very easily.
We will be having work party to put the tiles down in the near future, the more the merrier/quicker.
Please bring your own Stanley knife.
