With the late withdrawal of one of last years winners El Tel with an illness (Erectile Dysfunction) and his partner from last year unable to defend Space Cadet (Dysfunctional) the winning pair with a great score of 41pts were the Irish mafia pair Arfur and Capt Joey (Postman Pat).
Their playing partner Silverback insisted on a drugs test as after eating Pat's wine Gums, Arfur hit a 7 iron on the 3rd from the white Tees and an 8 iron 176 yds on some other hole!
Personally I think a bit of jealously creeped in here as the Silverback reckoned he had the Comp sown up after being drawn with another low handicapper Shaggy.
He was hoping to jump on the back of Shaggy as he did at the Away day with the Snail!!!

The CNUT's of the day were 5 bellies and Walk the Course with 29Pts...on a Cnutback!
