Sunday results.. Casemore Bogey

The Chancellor pipped Art Gekko on a countback to Win the Casemore Bogey with an "ALL SQUARE" SCORE.
I remember in the old days you used to win the CNUT if you had the lowest score OR were disqualified..Now the rules are being bent!
You can now win the CNUT if you sign the card of the Guy who has the lowest score!
What's all that about?
Below are the 3 CNUT 's who were disqualified and one other for signing the card of a CNUT who was disqualified...confused?

    not surprised learning of the top 2 in this one after their huge wins in the 7's final the day before!
