In reply to Dr Darren's prognosis, I think 0.5 is a bit harsh . If a member cheated (sorry I meant threw the towel in) and posted a score around 10 shots below the average just to get 3 shots back he would not only win the 'CNUT' that week but total humiliation on the blog and his life would be hell for ever - just to pick up a few quid next week !! - can't see it.
Maybe a limit but more than 0.5 - how about maximum swindle handicap cannot be more than 4 above your club handicap?
