Defibrillator training

10 of the lads are now De-fib experts after a superb  2 hr training session by the Ambulance CPR MAN.
I recommend you go on Wed eve to learn this valuable info.
Also another valuable lesson was not to dehydrate on the course and drink plenty of water/fluids.
(10 gold watches in the Bar don't count)
Luckily enough no-one had to Give Boycie (guest of the evening) the kiss of life!
